How does iMemories protect the privacy of my information, including my videos and photos?

The security of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard personal information. These safeguards include firewalls and the use of Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt pages when collecting or transmitting sensitive information such as your password or credit card information. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in any public areas of an iMemories Site. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. What choices do I have about your use of my personal information?

The goal of our marketing and promotional efforts is to inform you about our products and services, including special promotions, that may be of interest to you. Under California law, a California resident with whom a iMemories Company has an established relationship has the right to request certain information with respect to the types of personal information the company has shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, and the identities of those third parties, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions. All requests for such information must be in sent by email to privacy@iMemories.com.

Additionally, California residents under 18 who are registered users of a website can request removal of content or information posted by the user on this Site by emailing us at privacy@iMemories.com with “California Minor Content Removal Request” on the subject line and in the body of your message. Please specify in your request the URL of the website to which your request relates and the specific information or content you posted for which you are requesting removal.

Children

The iMemories Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Website or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
